كُنْتُ أُفْطِرُ مَعَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) وَ مَعَ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الْأَوَّلِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَكَانَ أَوَّلُ مَا يُؤْتَى بِهِ قَصْعَةً مِنْ ثَرِيدِ خَلٍّ وَ زَيْتٍ فَكَانَ أَوَّلُ مَا يَتَنَاوَلُ مِنْهَا ثَلَاثَ لُقَمٍ ثُمَّ يُؤْتَى بِالْجَفْنَةِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Usman Bin Isa, from Khalid Bin Najeeh who said, ‘I broke Fast with Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> and with Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> the 1st, during the Month of Ramazan, so the first of what was brought with was a bowl of Vinegar <span class="iTxt">Sareyd</span> and oil. So the first of what he<sup>asws</sup> took from it was three morsels, then they came with the (large) bowl’.
