رَأَيْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقْطَعُ الْكُرَّاثَ بِأُصُولِهِ فَيَغْسِلُهُ بِالْمَاءِ وَ يَأْكُلُهُ .
Translation
Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Muhammad Bin Al Waleed, from Yunus Bin Yaqoub who said, ‘I saw Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> cutting the leek by its roots, so he<sup>asws</sup> washed it with the water and he<sup>asws</sup> ate it’.
