عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْخَسِّ فَإِنَّهُ يُصَفِّي الدَّمَ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from his father, from one of his companions, from Abu Hafs Al Abbar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘it is upon you with (eating) the lettuce, for it cleans the blood’.
