قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) الْبَصَلُ يَذْهَبُ بِالنَّصَبِ وَ يَشُدُّ الْعَصَبَ وَ يَزِيدُ فِي الْخُطَى وَ يَزِيدُ فِي الْمَاءِ وَ يَذْهَبُ بِالْحُمَّى .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Salim, from Ahmad Bin Al Nazar, from Amro Bin Shimr, from Jabir who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The onion removes the mental breakdown and strengthens the nerves, and increases in the walking ability, and increases in the water, and does away with the fever’.
