Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Ibrahim Bin Umar Al Yamani, Abu Abdullahasws has said: ‘Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic did not Send a Prophetas at all except it was in the Knowledge of Allahazwj that Heazwj would be Completing the Religion for himas, and in it is the Prohibition of the wine, and the wine will not cease to be unlawful. The Religion rather, changes from one characteristic to another, and had that been in its entirety (all the characteristics at once), they (people) would cut off to be without the Religion’.
