سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ النَّبِيذِ أَ خَمْرٌ هُوَ فَقَالَ ( عليه السلام ) مَا زَادَ عَلَى التَّرْكِ جَوْدَةً فَهُوَ خَمْرٌ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Muawiya Bin Hukeym, from Abu Malik Al Hazramy, from Abu Al Jaroud who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about <span class="iTxt">Al-Nabeez</span>, is it (classified as) wine?’ so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Whatever increases in excellence (pleasure) upon leaving it, so it is (classified as) wine’.
