سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَائِدَةِ إِذَا شُرِبَ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرُ أَوْ مُسْكِرٌ فَقَالَ ( عليه السلام ) حُرِّمَتِ الْمَائِدَةُ وَ سُئِلَ ( عليه السلام ) فَإِنْ أَقَامَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى مَائِدَةٍ مَنْصُوبَةٍ يَأْكُلُ مِمَّا عَلَيْهَا وَ مَعَ الرَّجُلِ مُسْكِرٌ وَ لَمْ يَسْقِ أَحَداً مِمَّنْ عَلَيْهَا بَعْدُ فَقَالَ لَا تُحَرَّمُ حَتَّى يُشْرَبَ عَلَيْهَا وَ إِنْ وُضِعَ بَعْدَ مَا يُشْرَبُ فَالُوذَجٌ فَكُلْ فَإِنَّهَا مَائِدَةٌ أُخْرَى يَعْنِي كُلِ الْفَالُوذَجَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Ahmad Bin Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Amro Bin Saeed, from Musaddaq Bin Sadaqa, from Ammar Bin Musa, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the meal, when the wine is drunk upon it, or an intoxicant. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The meal is prohibited’. And he<sup>asws</sup> was asked, ‘So if a man were to stand upon a meal designated for eating from whatever is upon it, and with the man is an intoxicant, and did not give it to anyone to drink from the ones who were upon (the meal)’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is not Prohibited until it is drunk over it, and if it is place afterward the <span class="iTxt">Falouzaj </span>(a sweet drink) is drunk, so eat, for it is another table meal, meaning eat the <span class="iTxt">Falouzaj</span>’.
