قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( صلوات الله عليه ) إِذَا ظَهَرَتِ الْقَلَانِسُ الْمُتَرِّكَةُ ظَهَرَ الزِّنَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘Amir Al Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When the hoods appear as legacy, the adultery would appear’.
