John Shaqi

لَا تَدْخُلِ الْحَمَّامَ إِلَّا وَ فِي جَوْفِكَ شَيْ‏ءٌ يُطْفَأُ بِهِ عَنْكَ وَهَجُ الْمَعِدَةِ وَ هُوَ أَقْوَى لِلْبَدَنِ وَ لَا تَدْخُلْهُ وَ أَنْتَ مُمْتَلِئٌ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ .


Translation

Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al Musna Bin Al Waleed Al Hannat, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Do not enter the bathhouse except in your inside is something to cool down the heat of your stomach with, and it is more strengthening for your body, and do not enter it and you are filled up from the food’.
