سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ الرِّضَا ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الزَّوْجِ مِنَ الْحَمَامِ يُفْرِخُ عِنْدَهُ يَتَزَوَّجُ الطَّيْرُ أُمَّهُ وَ ابْنَتَهُ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِمَا كَانَ بَيْنَ الْبَهَائِمِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, and Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ibn Abu Nasr who said, ‘A man asked Al-Reza<sup>asws</sup> about the pair of pigeons with him who had incubated, ‘Can the bird marry its mother, and its daughter?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with what was from between the beasts’.
