الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِمَالِهِ مَا دَامَ فِيهِ الرُّوحُ إِنْ أَوْصَى بِهِ كُلِّهِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ لَهُ .

احمد بن محمد نے علی بن الحسن سے، انھوں نے علی بن اسباط سے، انھوں نے ثعلبہ سے، انھوں نے ابوالحسن عمر بن شداد الازدی اور السری دونوں سے مل کر، انھوں نے عمار بن موسیٰ سے، انھوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے، آپؑ نے فرمایا: آدمی اپنے مال کا اس وقت تک زیادہ حقدار ہے جب تک اس میں روح باقی ہے۔ اگر وہ اپنے پورے مال کی وصیت کر دے تو یہ اس کے لیے جائز ہے۔
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hassan, from Ali Bin Asbaat, from Sa’alba, from Abu Al Hassan Umar Bin Shaddad Al Azdy and Sarayya, both together, from Ammar Bin Musa, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The man is more rightful with (the distribution of) his wealth for as long as there is the soul within him. If he were to bequeath with the whole of it, so it is allowed for him’.
