الْمَيِّتُ أَوْلَى بِمَالِهِ مَا دَامَ فِيهِ الرُّوحُ .

احمد بن محمد، علی بن الحسن سے، ابراہیم بن ابی بکر بن ابی السمال الاسدی سے، ایک راوی کے واسطے سے، ابو عبداللہ (علیہ السلام) سے، فرمایا: مرنے والا اپنے مال پر زیادہ حقدار ہے جب تک اس میں روح باقی رہے۔
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hassan, from Ibrahim Bin Abu Bakr Bin Abu Al Sammal Al Asady, from the one who informed him, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The dying one is higher with (the distribution of his wealth) for as long as there is the soul within him’.
