قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ لَهُ الْوَلَدُ أَ يَسَعُهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ مَالَهُ لِقَرَابَتِهِ قَالَ هُوَ مَالُهُ يَصْنَعُ بِهِ مَا شَاءَ إِلَى أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُ الْمَوْتُ .

محمد بن یحیی اور دوسروں نے محمد بن احمد سے، انہوں نے یعقوب بن یزید سے، انہوں نے یحیی بن المبارک سے، انہوں نے عبد اللہ بن جبلہ سے، انہوں نے سماعہ سے روایت کی کہ کہا: میں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے کہا: 'ایک آدمی کے بچے ہیں — کیا اسے گنجائش ہے کہ اپنا مال اپنے قریبی رشتہ داروں کو دے دے؟' آپ نے فرمایا: 'یہ اس کا مال ہے؛ وہ اس کے ساتھ جو چاہے کرے، جب تک موت نہ آئے۔'
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya and someone else, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Yaqoub Bin Yazeed, from Yahya Bin Al Mubarak, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Sama’at who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The man, there happens to be a son for him, does he have the leeway that he makes his wealth for his near relatives?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is his wealth. He can place it wherever he so wishes to, until the death comes to him’.
