سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى إِلَيَّ وَ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُعْطِيَ عَمّاً لَهُ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ شَيْئاً فَمَاتَ الْعَمُّ فَكَتَبَ ( عليه السلام ) أَعْطِهِ وَرَثَتَهُ .

میں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے مجھے وصی مقرر کیا اور مجھے حکم دیا کہ اس کے چچا کو ہر سال کچھ دیتا رہوں۔ پھر چچا کا انتقال ہو گیا۔ آپ علیہ السلام نے تحریر فرمایا: اسے ان کے وارثوں کو دے دو۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Imran Bin Musa, from Musa Bin Ja’far, from Amro Bin Saeed Al Madainy, from Muhammad Bin Umar Al Sabaty who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about a man who bequeathed to me (to be an executor), and ordered me to give something to an uncle of his during every year. So the uncle died’. So he<sup>asws</sup> wrote: ‘Give it to his inheritors’.
