John Shaqi

الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ وَ قَالَ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ فِي ثُلُثِهِ إِنْ كَانَ أَوْصَى فِي صِحَّةٍ أَوْ مَرَضٍ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘<span class="iTxt">Al-Mudabbar</span> (conditionally emancipated one) is from the third’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said for the man that he can retract with regards to his third, whether he had bequeathed during good health, or illness’.
