سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الْمُدَبَّرِ قَالَ هُوَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْوَصِيَّةِ يَرْجِعُ فِيمَا شَاءَ مِنْهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father and Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazal Bin Shazan, both together from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muawiya Bin Amaar who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about Al-Mudabbar (conditionally emancipated one). He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He is at the status of the bequest. It can be retracted regarding whatever one so desires to, from it’.
