إِذَا كَانَتِ الْهِبَةُ قَائِمَةً بِعَيْنِهَا فَلَهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ وَ إِلَّا فَلَيْسَ لَهُ .
Translation
<span style="font-size: small">Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel, </span>from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>; <span style="font-size: small">and Hamaad Bin Usman, from Al Halby, </span> (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘If the gift remains exactly as it used to be, so it is for him to retract, otherwise it is not for him (to do so)’.
