الرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ أَ يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَرِثَهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from one of our companions, from Aban Bin Usman, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) regarding the man who gave in charity with some charity. Is it Permissible for him that he inherits it (back)?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
