إِذَا تَصَدَّقَ الرَّجُلُ بِصَدَقَةٍ قَبَضَهَا صَاحِبُهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَقْبِضْهَا عُلِمَتْ أَوْ لَمْ تُعْلَمْ فَهِيَ جَائِزَةٌ .
Translation
Hameed Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from someone else, from Aban, from Abu Maryam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man gives charity, whether the recipient takes possession of it or does not take possession of it, knows about it or does not know, so it is Permissible’.
