أَمْلَأُ عَلَيَّ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ هَذَا مَا تَصَدَّقَ اللَّهَ بِهِ فُلَانُ بْنُ فُلَانٍ وَ هُوَ حَيٌّ سَوِيٌّ بِدَارِهِ الَّتِي فِي بَنِي فُلَانٍ بِحُدُودِهَا صَدَقَةً لَا تُبَاعُ وَ لَا تُوهَبُ وَ لَا تُورَثُ حَتَّى يَرِثَهَا وَارِثُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ وَ إِنَّهُ قَدْ أَسْكَنَ صَدَقَتَهُ هَذِهِ فُلَاناً وَ عَقِبَهُ فَإِذَا انْقَرَضُوا فَهِيَ عَلَى ذِي الْحَاجَةِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ . حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُدَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مِثْلَهُ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from one of his companions, from Aban, from Ajlan Abu Salih who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> dictated to me: ‘In the Name of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> the Beneficent, the Merciful! This is what is given in charity for the Sake of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> by so and so son of so and so, and he is alive, unimpaired, with his house which is in the clan of so and so, by its limits, a charity. It shall neither be sold, not gifted, nor inherited until the inheritor of the skies and the earth inherits it, and that he is settling in this charity, so and so and his offspring. So when they become extinct, so it is to the ones with the need from the Muslims’. Humeyd Bin iyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from Ahmad Bin Udeys, from Aban, from Abdul Rahman, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, similar to it’.
