قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) لَا يَشْتَرِي الرَّجُلُ مَا تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ وَ إِنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِمَسْكَنٍ عَلَى ذِي قَرَابَتِهِ فَإِنْ شَاءَ سَكَنَ مَعَهُمْ وَ إِنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِخَادِمٍ عَلَى ذِي قَرَابَتِهِ خَدَمَتْهُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ .
Translation
Aban, from Abu Al Jaroud who said, ‘Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The man cannot buy what he has given in charity with, and if he has given a house in charity to the relatives, so if he so desires, he can dwell with them, and if he has given a servant in charity to the relatives, he can serve him (as well), Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Willing’.
