Translation

Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Walad who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who was sick, acknowledged during the death to an inheritor, of there being a debt for him, over himself. Heasws said: ‘That is allowed’. I said, ‘So if he were to bequeath to the inheritor with something?’ Heasws said: ‘Allowed’.
