John Shaqi

رَجُلٍ مَاتَ فَأَقَرَّ عَلَيْهِ بَعْضُ وَرَثَتِهِ لِرَجُلٍ بِدَيْنٍ قَالَ يَلْزَمُهُ ذَلِكَ فِي حِصَّتِهِ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, form his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muhammad Bin Abu Hamza, and Husayn Bin Usman, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who died, so one of his inheritors acknowledged a debt over him. He<sup>asws</sup> said, ‘That (the debt) would be necessitated in his share (of inheritance)’.
