سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْيَتِيمَةِ مَتَى يُدْفَعُ إِلَيْهَا مَالُهَا قَالَ إِذَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهَا لَا تُفْسِدُ وَ لَا تُضَيِّعُ فَسَأَلْتُهُ إِنْ كَانَتْ قَدْ تَزَوَّجَتْ فَقَالَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَتْ فَقَدِ انْقَطَعَ مِلْكُ الْوَصِيِّ عَنْهَا .
Translation
From him, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from Ali Bin Rabaat and Al Husayn Bin Hashim and Safwan Bin Yahya, from Ays Bin Al Qasim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the orphan girl, when should her wealth be handed over to her?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When it is known that she would neither spoil it nor waste it’. So I asked him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘If she got married?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If she were to get married, the possession (authority) of the executor is cut-off from her’.
