لَا يُدْخَلُ بِالْجَارِيَةِ حَتَّى تَأْتِيَ لَهَا تِسْعُ سِنِينَ أَوْ عَشْرُ سِنِينَ .
Translation
From him, from Al Hassan, from Safwan, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara, Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘There should be no copulation with a (slave) girl until she comes to be of nine or ten years of age’.
