أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ وَ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنا مَوالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوالِدانِ وَ الْأَقْرَبُونَ قَالَ إِنَّمَا عَنَى بِذَلِكَ أُولِي الْأَرْحَامِ فِي الْمَوَارِيثِ وَ لَمْ يَعْنِ أَوْلِيَاءَ النِّعْمَةِ فَأَوْلَاهُمْ بِالْمَيِّتِ أَقْرَبُهُمْ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الرَّحِمِ الَّتِي تَجُرُّهُ إِلَيْهَا .
اردو
ابن بکیر نے مجھے زرارہ سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام کو فرماتے سنا: 'اور ہم نے ہر ایک کے لیے مولیٰ (وارث) مقرر کیے ہیں اس میں سے جو والدین اور قریبی رشتہ دار چھوڑ جائیں' [قرآن 4:33]۔ آپ نے فرمایا: 'اس سے مراد صرف وراثت میں ارحام (خونی رشتہ داروں) کی ترجیحی اہلیت ہے، نہ کہ اولیاء النعمۃ۔ پس میت کے ساتھ ان میں سب سے زیادہ حقدار وہ ہے جو اس رشتے سے اس کے سب سے قریب ہو جو اسے کھینچتا ہے۔'
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Bakeyr, from Zurara who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘<span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h33"><a href="/books/quran:4#h33">[4:33]</a></a> And to everyone We have Appointed heirs of what parents and near relatives leave</span>’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘But rather, it Means by that is the (priority of) entitlement of the womb relationships regarding the inheritances, and it does not mean the guardians of the bounties. Thus, the closest one with the deceased is the nearest one to him from the womb relations which flows towards him’.
