لَا يَسْتَقِيمُ النَّاسُ عَلَى الْفَرَائِضِ وَ الطَّلَاقِ إِلَّا بِالسَّيْفِ .

محمد بن یحیی نے، احمد بن محمد اور علی بن ابراہیم سے، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے، سب نے مل کر ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے ہشام بن سالم سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: لوگ فرائض (وراثت کے واجب حصوں) اور طلاق کے معاملے میں درست نہیں رہیں گے، مگر تلوار سے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, altogether from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The people will not be correct upon the Obligations (legislated shares of inheritance) and the divorce, except by the sword’.
