لَا تَقُومُ الْفَرَائِضُ وَ الطَّلَاقُ إِلَّا بِالسَّيْفِ .

فرائض (وراثت کے مقررہ حصے) اور طلاق تلوار کے بغیر قائم نہیں ہو سکتے۔
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad, from one of his companions, from Ibrahim Bin Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Dorost Bin Abu Mansour, from Moamar Bin Yahya, Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The Obligations (legislated shares of inheritance) and the divorce cannot be established except by the sword’.
