الْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ مَعَ الْجَدِّ قَالَ لِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ مَعَ الْجَدِّ نَصِيبُهُمُ الثُّلُثُ مَعَ الْجَدِّ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ali Bin Raib, from Ibn Muskan, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the brothers from the mother, with the grandfather. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘For the brothers from the mother with the grandfather, their share is the third with the grandfather’.
