الْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ مَعَ الْجَدِّ قَالَ لِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ فَرِيضَتُهُمُ الثُّلُثُ مَعَ الْجَدِّ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from Ja’far Bin Sama’at and Salih Bin Khalid, from Abu Jameela, from Zayd, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the brothers from the mother, with the grandfather. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘For the brothers from the mother is their Obligations (legislated share), being the one-third, with the grandfather’.
