رَوَى أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَخٍ وَ جَدٍّ فَقَالَ الْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَانِ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from Abu Shuayb, from Rafa’at, from Aban Bin Taghlib, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a son of a brother (nephew), with a grandfather. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The wealth is (divided) between the two of them, two halves’.
