وَ قَدْ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) الْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ .
Translation
And the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> has said: ‘The maternal uncle is an inheritor of the one who has not (other) inheritor for him’.
