امْرَأَةٍ تُوُفِّيَتْ وَ لَمْ يُعْلَمْ لَهَا أَحَدٌ وَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ قَالَ الْمِيرَاثُ كُلُّهُ لِزَوْجِهَا . عَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ يَحْيَى الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ الْحُرِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فَدَعَا بِالْجَامِعَةِ فَنَظَرْنَا فِيهَا فَإِذَا فِيهَا امْرَأَةٌ هَلَكَتْ وَ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا لَا وَارِثَ لَهَا غَيْرُهُ لَهُ الْمَالُ كُلُّهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Najran and Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, altogether from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding the woman who passed away and no one was known to be for her, and for her was a husband. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The inheritance, all of it, is for her husband’<a id="_ftnref360"></a><sup>[360]</sup>. From him, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Yahya al Halby, from Ayoub Bin Al Hurr, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I was in the presence of Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, so he<sup>asws</sup> called for <span class="iTxt">Al-Jami’a</span> (Book of Ali<sup>asws</sup>). So we looked into it, and therein was, a woman who died and left her husband, not having an inheritor for her other than him, for him was the wealth, all of it’.
