رَجُلٍ تُوُفِّيَ وَ تَرَكَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَقَالَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبُعُ وَ مَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْإِمَامِ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad, from Wuheyb Bin Hafs, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who passed away and left his wife. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘For the woman is the one-quarter, and whatever remains, so it is for the Imam<sup>asws</sup>’.
