زَوْجٍ مَاتَ وَ تَرَكَ امْرَأَةً فَقَالَ لَهَا الرُّبُعُ وَ تَدْفَعُ الْبَاقِيَ إِلَيْنَا .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ali Bin Asbaat, from Khalaf Bin Hammad, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding a husband who died and left a wife. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘For her is the quarter, and hand over the remainder to us<sup>asws</sup>’.
