النِّسَاءُ لَا يَرِثْنَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ وَ لَا مِنَ الْعَقَارِ شَيْئاً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Muhammad Bin Humran, from Zurara, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The women (widows) do not inherit from the land, nor from the realty (property/estate), anything’.
