Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Yahya Al Halby, from Shuayb, from Yazeed Al Saig who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the women, would they inherit the land?’ So heasws said: ‘No, but they would inherit the value of the construction’. I said, ‘But the people would not be happy with that’. So heasws said: ‘When weasws rule, and if they are not pleased, weasws would strike them with the whip. So if they are (still) not straightened, weasws would strike them with the sword’.
