Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, altogether from Aban Bin Usman, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the man who married a woman and did not assign the dower to her. So he died from her, or divorced her before he had slept with her. What is for her against him?’ So heasws said: ‘There is no dower for her, and she would inherit him, and he would inherit her’.
