الرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَ تَحْتَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا قَالَ لَهَا نِصْفُ الْمَهْرِ وَ لَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ كَامِلًا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) regarding the man who died and under him was the wife, not having slept with her. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘For her is half the dower, and for her is the inheritance complete (her complete share, not half)’.
