قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّ الدِّيَةَ يَرِثُهَا الْوَرَثَةُ إِلَّا الْإِخْوَةَ وَ الْأَخَوَاتِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ .
Translation
Ibn Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged that the wergild, the inheritors would inherit it except for the brothers and the sisters from the mother’.
