قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّ الدِّيَةَ يَرِثُهَا الْوَرَثَةُ إِلَّا الْإِخْوَةَ مِنَ الْأُمِّ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يَرِثُونَ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ شَيْئاً .
Translation
And from him who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged that the wergild, the inheritors would inherit it except for the brothers from the mother, so they would not be inheriting anything from the wergild’.
