لَا يَتَوَارَثُ رَجُلَانِ قَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The two men would not inherit when one of them has killed his companion’.
