John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ أُمَّهُ أَ يَرِثُهَا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ذُو رَحِمٍ قَتَلَ قَرِيبَهُ لَمْ يَرِثْهُ .


Translation

Ahmad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Al Qasim Bin Suleyman who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who killed his mother, would he inherit her?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘I<sup>asws</sup> heard my<sup>asws</sup> father<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Whichever man with relationship kills his relative, would not inherit from him (the one who has been killed)’.
