سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ لَا يَرِثُ الْيَهُودِيُّ وَ لَا النَّصْرَانِيُّ الْمُسْلِمَ وَ يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْيَهُودِيَّ وَ النَّصْرَانِيَّ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Neither the Jew nor the Christian would inherit the Muslim, but the Muslim would inherit the Jew and the Christian’.
