سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ الْمُسْلِمِ هَلْ يَرِثُ الْمُشْرِكَ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُشْرِكُ الْمُسْلِمَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Zurara, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the Muslim man, would he inherit the Polytheist?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, but the Polytheist would not inherit the Muslim’.
