سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ الْمُسْلِمُ يَرِثُ امْرَأَتَهُ الذِّمِّيَّةَ وَ لَا تَرِثُهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, form his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Wallaad who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The Muslim inherits his ‘<span class="iTxt">Zimmi</span>’ wife (Jew or a Christian under the protection of Islam), but she does not inherit him’.
