الْعَبْدُ لَا يَرِثُ وَ الطَّلِيقُ لَا يَرِثُ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Sama’at, from Ja’far Bin Sama’at, from Al Hassan Bin Huzeyfa, from Jameel, from Al Fuzayl Bin Yasar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The slave does not inherit and the unshackled does not inherit’.
