Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I said to himasws, ‘The child was born with what is for the men and for it was what is for the women’. Heasws said: ‘It would inherit from where its urine precedes from. So if it comes out from both equally, so from where it spurts out (more strongly). So it was equal, it would inherit the inheritance of the men and the women’.
