امْرَأَةٍ أَعْتَقَتْ رَجُلًا لِمَنْ وَلَاؤُهُ وَ لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ قَالَ لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Al Fuzayl, from Abu Al Sabah Al kanany, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a woman who emancipated a man, for whom is his guardianship and for whom is his inheritance?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘For the one who emancipated him except if there happen to be for him an inheritor other than her’.
