قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) سَاعَةٌ مِنْ إِمَامٍ عَدْلٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ عِبَادَةِ سَبْعِينَ سَنَةً وَ حَدٌّ يُقَامُ لِلَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ مَطَرِ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحاً .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے محمد بن الحسین سے، انہوں نے حفص بن عون سے، جو اسے مرفوع روایت کرتے ہوئے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ نے فرمایا: 'ایک عادل امام کی ایک گھڑی ستر سال کی عبادت سے افضل ہے، اور زمین میں اللہ کے لیے قائم کیا جانے والا ایک حد چالیس صبح کی بارش سے افضل ہے۔'
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Hafs Bin Awn, raising it, said, ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘A moment from a just Imam<sup>asws</sup> is superior to worship of seventy years, and a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) established for the Sake of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> in the earth is superior that the rain of forty mornings’.
